Home School Rocks!

I was doing well with the blogging~until school started! And there is so much I want to write about! I just cannot seem to find the time. Whoever said homeschooling was easy has NO IDEA!! The days are long, with mom duties, school duties, book keeper, idea maker, money juggler...and the laundry pile grows! But you know what though? I wouldn't trade it for a thing! I am so glad we decided to do this! The kids are happier, and we are so glad to have them here. We really feel that we are following the Lord's will~Deuteronomy 6-7: 6 And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.~we feel we have an obligation to home school.
For our first day of fun, I thought of this little craft, "Home School Rocks", because it does, and we could make rock friends! It was fun, even though no one seemed to think mommy was as witty as mommy did...but hey I like it!
So I hope to get back into my online refuge, I want to record all of these magical happenings...and all of this while still on the weight loss kick! 68 pounds lost, maybe 3 to go....
