So~ I am on this weight loss journey. I used to be be thin before I had six babies, and I want it back. This time I won't get pregnant again, so I am really going for it. Since the middle of December I have been working out, at first I used Turbo Jam, but I didn't think I saw enough results, so I went back to the old reliable Firm. I think it is working much better. So far I have lost 30 pounds, most of it since the end of January. Last night I did the 500 calorie workout and it is so hard! Sweat pours like a shower, and it is my new Monday workout! I mix up some Firm stuff through the week, and use their recovery to finish off for Saturday. When Leah naps (ha!) I use the treadmill in addition to my hour of The Firm. I have 30 more pounds I want to lose so wish me luck!
