So I was stuck for a whole week with my weight. Not so bad I guess, for all I have lost lately. Today I got on the scale, and had lost 2 pounds since yesterday! I am now 50 pounds down, and a little less than 10 pounds away from my goal weight. I wanted to meet that number by my birthday in October. I can lose 10 pounds in a month or so (depending on how this month of Push goes with the HEAVY weights I am lifting). Even still we will finish this program routine in August and the most weight loss is supposed to take place in month 3. That would be 2 months from said birthday goal. I will continue the workouts, and eating after the 90 days...so I have decided to change my goal to 10 more pounds, a total of 70. But hey, I have the hard part over with! The first 40 or so was worse than the last 10. Changing my habits is now second nature, not a struggle. So, 20 pounds to go!
