Okay, so everyone says I am obsessive. My family thinks I am getting too skinny (excuse me while I choke on my water) and that I am too obsessive about the whole thing. I couldn't disagree more.
First of all no one ever said I was too skinny before I gained the weight, so what is wrong with reclaiming me? I stay informed about what goes into my body, and keep a journal daily for calories consumed. I use my workout rotation guide, and do the daily workout. I love the workouts, they relieve my stress! And my off days~ mind you off day does not mean sit-on-my-butt-and-do-nothing~ I will walk on the treadmill, or do an ab workout.
I am committed to a healthy life for me and my kids and my wonderful hubby. I want to be fit and trim. I deserve to have that, and I am doing it in a safe and healthy way!
