Yesterday I met goal #2 on this weight loss journey!
45 pounds and 15 to go. I feel like me again, but I'm not done yet. Even after the next 15, I am open to more. I am not pressuring myself though, and want to stop the weight loss when I feel complete. After that I will increase my calories, but continue healthy eating and exercise. I am not on a diet, but have changed my lifestyle. It has really meant a lot to have Rick doing this with me the last few weeks, and he is seeing great results too!
I have lost 45 pounds!! I am amazed myself, even when I started I was serious about it, but I didn't know if it would work, and I didn't know how things would go long term. I guess I am stronger than I though I was!! We take our measurements and pics next week to see the 30 day difference (we'll do that 2 more times) and I can't wait to see where I changed the most!
