It's my workout anniversary. The pictures are scary. The work was hard. The outcome was worth it.
A year ago I never thought I could get anywhere close to where I am. I have lost 77 pounds. 17 pounds below my lowest target weight.
There are no pills, no quick fixes to be found here. I worked out hard. Every single week. I then worked on my diet, cleaned it up, counted calories and worked out harder. It has been a year of sweat, work and tears. All along the way, my husband told me I was worth it, and later joined in. He gave me the space to be "all about me" for an hour almost every evening of that year. I am so grateful!
To keep it off, I will keep working out, and have my treats in moderation. As long as I don't get addicted to super sweet tea again, I think I will be
If I can do it~ mother of six, breastfeeding through 10 of those months , and beginning homeschooling~ anyone can! Thanks to everyone who has cheered me along my journey. You have helped me so much!
Off to my workout!
CONGRATULATIONS!!! You give me hope that it can be done , even while breastfeeding. Congrats again!!!
