This was a great workout week! I was able to get in all of my workouts, and ran the stairs at the lake when I had no time for another workout this weekend. I was surprised with a visitor this weekend, which I will write about this week. Anywho~

Tuesday~ Resistance and Turbo Fire
Wednesday~ Week 4 Day 2 C25K
Thursday~ Resistance and Abs
Friday~ Week 4 Day 3 C25K
Saturday~ Abs and Stretch
I also start B90 Days again tomorrow!
