Stick With It Sunday

I almost had a perfect workout week, but am just exhausted today, so no workout . This week I ran 3 times, and picked back up Chalean Extreme, which is heavy weight training. I got abs in as well.

My last running day, I DID NOT want to finish, I was on the treadmill, and I just wanted to hit that red button and walk away. I didn’t, and I am really glad I didn’t!

As for eating, I have been good with water drinking, and not eating in the evening. I am careful about what I eat, but am still not counting calories again yet. I hope I don’t have too :) I have enough to do as it is!

Tuesday~Week 5, Day 1 C25K

Wednesday~ Burn 2, Abs                                                                           

Thursday~ Week 5, Day 2 C25K

Friday~ Burn 3, Stretch 10

Saturday~ Week 5, Day  C25K
