I have been MIA with posts lately, I have been extremely busy getting school ready for July. I have not, however, been MIA on workouts.
I won’t be backtracking, but will just start again from this week.
Monday- Sculpt 30 and Hiit 15 (Turbo Fire)
Tuesday- Cardio Party Live (Turbo Jam) Ab Burner (ChaLean Extreme)
Wednesday- Tone 30 (Turbo Fire) Ab Jam (Turbo Jam)
Thursday- off for traveling 11 hours on Wednesday
Friday- Sculpt 30 (Turbo Fire)
Saturday- Fire 30 (Turbo Fire)
