This week was pitiful. That tailbone dislocation was not something I bounced back from. The highest level of movement I had was leaning forward to get heat and ice, and getting in and out of the car to go to the chiropractor.
Not a single workout.
I am finally feeling better, and will be going to my first ever Nascar race this evening. I will have a 3 hour drive, so I am parking away from the track to get some walking in.
I should get plenty of that, right?
Monday I will start back to ChaLean Extreme and Turbo. I won’t risk the running again.
Off on my first solo trip and overnight stay, it is impossible your fitness week was worse than mine. Please share!
