I have fallen off of my workout posts, but I am still around. I have been trying to obsess less about my workouts, and mix things up a bit.

I am doing a 5K walk with my friend Leslie this month for breast cancer. Maybe next year we will do it as a run?
I don’t like the summer heat, and I find it the hardest time to motivate myself to workout, even indoors. Since I sold my treadmill, to walk or run I have to go outside. There is not only heat, but thick humidity, and bugs. Lots and lots of bugs.
I want to try something new. One of my friends likes Zumba, but I have no desire at all to try it. I would like to buy a bag, and do more kickboxing. How would I fit it into our budget…I may have to work on that!
