Stick With It Saturday Pilates

I was in a workout rut, tired of always being in the house. I started walking/running with a friend, and I ordered this workout from Amazon-

I just select a few workouts, grab the ball and get to work. There is no time wasted in this workout, the instructor moves fast, but is very thorough in her instructions at the same time. I am really enjoying it, and usually do two workouts before heading out for my 40ish minute walk/run.

Pilates looks very innocent to me, but kicks my butt {and abs} like no other workout has. I will be keeping this in my weekly {maybe daily} arsenal.

I am also going back to a cleaner diet. Eating ice cream has been fun, but a couple of pounds has creeped on, and I am tired. Ice cream does not equal fuel.

How are your fitness goals coming? Any workouts I should try?
