Stick With It Sunday~ I Fell Off

I guess I didn’t fall off the wagon, per say, but I have a habit of overworking myself. This week I worked myself into 2 days of no workout due to extreme muscle soreness. It was bad! And then Friday I was sick. Today I am just plain exhausted, and don’t see myself jumping back in.

I am bad at not resting when my body says rest. Today it is screaming! I went to a Ladies’ Inspiration Day, (I always write these on Saturday) forgot to bring a snack and had a hypoglycemic episode. I can barely stay awake right now, so it doesn’t seem fair to push myself any harder.

I also ate late a few nights this week, I stayed up too late and felt nauseous, so I ate. I also ate FRIES at Steak N Shake, and half a shake!! So there, we all have bad weeks. I do not like having them, and can’t wait to start the next week out right. The point is to not have a bad day or week and never go back!

For the upcoming week, I am doing all 3 Burn Circuits, a few cardios, and a couple abs.

  1. Well, last week was a good week. This week, thanks to hormones, it's a bad week and all I want are CARBS!!!!!!!

  2. Good for you Rachel! I am with you this week as well. It has been a very hard week for the same reason, and I have been unable to workout yet. Tomorrow is looking better!

  3. Carbs are my downfall too. And if I have one it leads to tons of them which is not very good and keeps me from losing weight!! Just get back up and go for the exercise again. You can do it!!
