Stick With It Saturday 4 of 5

I am only accomplishing 4 of my 5 workouts I had hoped to get in this week. It is still better than last week, which was 0 workouts. For once I gave my body a break, and didn’t workout at all while I was on antibiotics. I wanted to give myself all of the energy I could to get better.

Me. I did that!

This week I decided to use the super fun Turbo Jam Live DVDs. I had never used them before, and I especially liked the back to back turbos in the Cardio Party Live video.

It made me sweat!

I know that last week was hard to manage without a sweaty picture of me. I can feel your pain from here. Winking smile

I keep reading about my running friends on Twitter out and about, it makes me almost wish I liked it. Then I think about getting up and actually doing it and  I remember how much I hate it. I’ll just stick with what I do love, and leave the running to my friends.

Now that I am fully recovered from my UTI, I am going back to the heavy weights this week.
