I get sidetracked, don't take the time to make a menu, so I go to the store without a detailed list, and don't even use a calculator. I usually then return home with things I had in the pantry, and see coupons I should have used during my trip.
I have rededicated myself to this plan, and need to be weekly visiting our debt-free plan spreadsheet to make sure I am meeting the goals we have made. We don't have large amounts to work on this each month, and will truly be taking this one, "one bite at a time".
