Stick With It Sunday

This week has been good. I did all of my Couch 2 5K runs. I made only one of my two scheduled resistance workouts, but have a better plan for this week. I also did a Hiit (high intensity interval training)  from Turbo Fire. I figure they help with the training for running. And they make me a sweaty mess, so it must be good for me!

Monday~ Run

Tuesday~ Resistance and abs

Wednesday~ Run

Thursday~ Resistance, Hiit, Abs

Friday~ Run

Saturday~ Stretch Recovery

  4. I'm tired from just looking at your sweat. I wish I had half the motivation/initiative/non-laziness/whatever that you do. You are an inspiration!
