Stick With It Saturday-I Love Carbs

I love them too much. I would rather eat bread than most other foods, and it has left me feeling bloated and cranky. I also LOVE dessert-

I am going to cut them out for two weeks, and move through the Atkins plan I had been doing, but at a faster pace, allowing me some carbs sooner. I really feel like I need them out, all of the way, to really give my energy and metabolism a jump-start.

I will miss you sweet tea.

As for my workouts, I will be sticking with ChLean Extreme Push Circuit, and Turbo Jam or Fire for cardio.
