I have been dragging since my tailbone incident. I had planned to get back into ChaLean Extreme by now, but I just haven’t.
This week my workouts were abysmal, but I did get in a walk, two Turbo Jam, and Pilates.
Better than nothing, right?
I have so much to do, and it seems the harder I work the more there is left.
I need to go take a B vitamin. Hopefully next week will go much better!
This weeks goals-
Saturday- Walk with Angie (unless I can convince her to do another cardio…) & Pilates core
Monday- Push 1, Ab Jam
Tuesday- Fire 30
Wednesday-Push 2
Thursday- Fire 45 EZ
Friday- Push 3, Ab Burner
In other news-
Many of you have asked what my workouts are, and where to get them. I use Beach Body products mostly,
and while they are not the cheapest workouts you will ever find, they do give results.
10 months of sweat and calorie counting found me 78 pounds lighter, so I would recommend them to anyone.
