Stick With It Saturday

 
Happy Saturday! My workouts have went so well this week, and I have my updated Stick With It Saturday button!
 
I was able to workout every day this week, and I have one workout left to complete-
 
Monday- Burn Circuit 1
Tuesday- Burn It Off
Wednesday- Burn Circuit 2
Thursday- Punch, Kick, and Jam     
Friday- Abs
Today- Burn Circuit 3 & Abs
 
Monday I start week 3 of the Burn Circuit with ChaLean Extreme.

My D5100 is still in the Nikon repair shop, and I am a little sad about my nighttime webcam offerings…it is hard to see the sweat in this one, it’s there!

Today I am also starting The 17 Day Diet. It isn’t really a diet, it is more of a healthy eating book that makes some changes to kick-start your metabolism. The program goes in intervals, just like my workouts.
 
No bread for the first 17 days, but I can have two servings of lower sugar fruit each day. Whole grains are added back in after just 17 days, as well as potato. I will also be drinking lots of water, and green tea with Stevia.
 
There is also no red meat in this 17 days. I had my last burger yesterday {it was sooooo good!}.
 
My goals-
 
I hope this 17 days helps jump my metabolism into waking up. My carbs have made me feel a little sluggish.
 
At the end of December I want to have lost 13 pounds. That will put me back at my revised, revised personal goal. I think a lot will be water weight, as I do NOT drink enough, and I know my body is clinging to what I do give it.
 
Even though I am still a size 8 {and a 6 here and there} I want to be more comfortably back in all of my 6’s. December makes 3 years since I decided to take the weight off. These last two years have been as hard as the 10 months it took to lose the 78 pounds!
