Stick With It Saturday

This week has gone well, even though I missed two workouts. This week I have finished-

Last week I was sore for a few days from going too hard. I feel better though, and that makes it worth it to me. Since I am not losing weight or anything, I am using how I feel as my main motivation.

No workout photos for you, but I promise they will be back soon. My button will be back as well, with my new site address on it.
