Stick With It Saturday- Fit Recipe

Workouts have been great. I moved on to the Push Phase of ChaLean Extreme-my favorite phase!

This week’s workouts-

Monday- Push 1stick-with-it-saturday-updated

Tuesday- Fire 30 and Ab Burner                     

Wednesday- Push 2

Thursday- Kickboxing Bootcamp

Friday- Push 3

Saturday- Stretch 40

AND- after months of being trapped in my size 8 jeans-I made my way back to my 6!

Morphology-1

I always eat more clean when I am working out as much as I should. This is my favorite lunch, tuna on wheat pita. Would you like the yummy recipe?

Sam’s Super Tuna Pita

2 cans albacore tuna in water, drained {we buy the very low sodium kind}

1/2 c. mayo

1 diced green onion {two if you’re froggy}

1 tsp. white pepper {yes, it matters!}

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

kosher salt {to taste}

5 whole wheat pita halves

You can assemble immediately or make the night before. If you wait until the next day, the flavor is much better.

Stuff tuna mix into pitas and add tomatoes and leafy greens.

Makes about 5 super stuffed pita halves. Yum!
