Stick With It Saturday-Ugh

This week has been miserable. If one of the kids hasn’t been with a cold and clinging and cranky-I have.

It’s just a cold! But I have been so run down that my workouts have suffered greatly. And, if that wasn’t enough, I have also been off the 17 Day Diet program. Our budget was just too tight to stick completely to it-and it will be that way all month.

We are eating mostly white meat-fish, chicken, eggs. But we will have red meat a couple of times this week.

I haven’t gained- I lost 3 pounds with the 17 Day Diet the first week, and I have kept that.

10 pounds to get back to my lowest weight ever goal.

And I start to wonder if that is realistic.

Does it really matter what my number is? My weight is healthy now. Chasing a number is probably dangerous for me.

Less sugar has definitely been good for me-perhaps I will try to follow the plan as our budget allows and let it go.
