My workouts went by the wayside when my back went out again. I was down for about a week. As soon as I was able, I was back up and running.
Only 3 workout days to log, but I can also report that I lost a few pounds over the Christmas break. I’m trying not to get excited about it since I don’t *need* to lose any weight.

For 2012, I plan to keep on keeping on. December makes 3 years of working out and 2 years of weight loss maintenance. Not too shabby. Another year of fitness feels much better than the alternative!
