March 3in30 Thoughts

The goals:

• Continue Simplifying
• Plan Verses                                    
• Stay on Schedule

 

The progress:

I purged less than I had planned, I wanted to get the laundry room done, and I haven’t. I also wanted to do the hall closet and get rid of winter stuff, except we have needed some of it. I will hit those next month for sure!

I did however get the master bedroom, bathroom and closet done. The bedroom only needed drawers gone through and the treadmill out. Kinda cheating.

We decided to start working through Proverbs, and I have weeks of verses planned out already.

Our verse this week:

“For the LORD gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding;”

Proverbs 2:6

I have realized my schedule is much too strict and that I need to re-evaluate and make a new one. Even on days where I got what I wanted done, if it wasn’t during the timeframe I had planned, I felt like I failed.

All in all it has been a good month. April is going to be better though! The beauty of 3in30 is you get 12 tries to better yourself. Everything you plan won’t be what you wanted it to be. When that happens, you get another chance to get it right next month!
