March 3in30

My goals for the month:

Stay on schedule ~ I have a schedule?? Crud. Not going so well. It has been a crazy week around here. Back to the whip on Monday!

Continue Simplifying...~ I got the Master Bedroom done today. I purged the already clean drawers and went through some clothes given to us. I added more to the yard sale pile.

Plan Verses~
Our verse for this week is Psalm 147:4

“He determines the number of the stars; he gives to all of them their names.”

I can’t tell you how much I am enjoying 3in30! I have met some fabulous ladies!

How are your 3 goals going this month?

  2. The bedroom looks great! I'm not so good with a schedule, either. Hey- that's what #3in30 is all about: getting it all together one baby step at a time. I've enjoyed meeting all the other Ladies, too!

  3. I love, love, love your bedroom, Sam! Mine is such a mess right now.

But seeing yours makes me dream of empty chairs I could read in, instead of their current use as containers for things that don't yet have a home. Lamps that work, instead of the two bedside lamps that must have worked once but now are only decorative.

    Space, instead of clutter. Sigh.

Maybe I'll begin tackling it next month.

    Congratulations on your progress!

  4. Nice bedroom. Schedules? Something I think I have, but really need to actually write them down to make them effective.

You're right in that the 3N30 challenge has really encouraged us all to get to know more people in the blogosphere that we probably wouldn't have met. I love this and it also keeps up focused and encouraged in our goals.

PS: I love the new blog look!

  5. Hi Sam,

I love your bedroom. It looks so relaxing. Mine, on the other hand is over flowing with laundry that needs to be folded. I am on my way to check out 3 in 30. It sounds like a great way to make goals and stick to them. Thank you for sharing your bedroom pictures today!

  8. I think it is important for this space to be a retreat. I did very little in the bedroom. My bigger challenge will be the closet ;)

  10. Our schedule has been off this week, too, with several "off" things that aren't normal. But it's all good -- back to the schedule next week!
The bedroom looks serene and cozy! Good job. =)
