Stick With It Saturday

This week was not as  productive as I imagined it would be. With my mother in law here, we gave up our room and slept on an air mattress in the living room. The only spot to put that mattress is the exact spot where I do my workouts. Needless to say I only accomplished half of the workouts I intended to get in.

I had another self imposed goal of no sweets for 30 days besides dark chocolate. I made it through a birthday party. I did not make it through a friend who was down and wanted ice cream. And then I bought some ice cream with cake and icing in it. I’ve been good otherwise.

I am so far really liking the new workout from Jillian- Ripped in 30. It is much better than 30 Day Shred in my opinion.

Today is my last day of week one. I have been able to do the advanced with all but one move, and I have increased my weights throughout the week.

I did get a sweaty pic for you, but it is fuzzy. You’ll have to wait for next week!

My nephew’s birthday cake- JUST SAY NO! I can’t believe I made it! I love birthday cake!
