My giant 16 quart, Pressure Canner and Cooker. I wish I hadn’t been so afraid of getting one!

    It is so pretty! So exciting, so many possibilities. :) I got the 30 quart pressure canner for my birthday last year and it has been great. Not scary at all.

    We have a smaller version, and I always forget to pulll it out, but it does make life so much easier doesn't it? So fast.
