January 3in30 Week One

The goals~

  • Make a chore chart, and stick to it.
  • Relax learning in our homeschool.
  • Be more prayerful.

The progress~

The chore chart is in progress. I have asked the children what their preferred chores are, and wrote them down. With unplanned chiropractic appointments, eye appointments and eye dilation added to my B90Days schedule as mentor and prayer team member-something had to give. I plan for it to be done tomorrow.

The homeschooling was very relaxed this week. The stomach virus was still making it’s rounds on top of all of the above, and hey- we had some extra days to kill anyway.

The prayer was most important to me, and is the most successful of this week. B90Days kinda brings it out in me. How couldn’t it?

I hope to have full success next week at check-in. How are you doing?

  1. I love that you asked the kids for input on the chore chart! Hope the stomach flu is on it's way out and that you have an obstacle-free week this week!

  2. Samantha, I'm stopping over from the link up at 3 in 30. With all of lifes
's "happenings" sounds like you had a great week, YIPEE! The chore chart is something I'm in the midst of making too, mine is a combination of chore AND behavior - my boys have been naughty lately, ugh! Anyway, would love to hear how you're doing yours - I simply need to start and be consistent, but it's sooooo easy NOT to! Maybe this will be one of my goal for February.

Love that your diggin' into the Word with the 90 day challenge - The Word of God speaks......life changing for me! =)

    Keeping it Personal,
    Teri

  4. Great goals for this month! I'm finding that B90days is definitely making me more mindful of God and prayer, too. I also started reading "The Purpose-Driven Life" each night before bed. (Started the day I started B90days.) Between the Bible reading and that book, I'm being greatly blessed and enlightened every day!
