Stick With It Saturday

 

So this week went well. My schedule went like this:

Tuesday~ 20 min Turbo

Wednesday~ Ab Burner

Thursday~ 20 min. Turbo

Friday~ Kettlebell workout from Bob Harper

Saturday~ Hiit 15 , Stretch 10 from Turbo Fire and 15 hours of freezer cooking!!

  3. Wow - what a workout! I usually get on my treadmill 2-3 times a week (in the winter) and intend to do Jillian twice (but don't always make it).
