Stick With It Saturday- My 300th Post!

This week went very well. I am always tweaking things, which keeps maintenance fresh, I suppose. My weight stayed at 152.4 all week long. Weird.

This week’s change was my workout. I started week 3 of Ripped in 30 and decided I needed to go back to ChaLean Extreme. I really like Ripped in 30, but the slow, heavy weights of CE help my back problems.

I have no idea why heavy weights help my mid back, but they do. I promised myself I would finish the whole circuit of Ripped in 30, but it has been months since I last did CE, and my back has had enough!

My new plan is CE mixed with Turbo Jam for cardio. I am also flirting with the idea of jumping back into working up to a 5K. We’ll see.

When I made the switch I decided instead of keeping this great workout, I should give it away! It is very gently used, and many of you wanted that DVD when I had a giveaway 2 weeks ago.
