I was busy, I was distracted, and I was hormonal. I did workout, but I didn’t do it as much as I had intended to.
I haven’t gained or lost weight this week. I am going to try not to care, since I don’t need to lose weight! I really want to stop caring about the scale.
I also want to stop caring about what I eat.
There, I said it.
I workout. I eat healthy. I also occasionally like to have some Blizzard ice cream cake from Dairy Queen!
And you know what? That is ok.
I haven’t looked at my workout schedule for this week, I will be continuing with the ChaLean Extreme/ Turbo Fire hybrid.
I will also be having some cheesecake on Sunday.
And some of my hubby’s homemade Sicilian Pizza too!
That is better than a sweaty picture, yes??
