I worked so hard during yesterday’s workout that I was too sore to do today’s workout.
I LOVE Turbo Jam.
I also had a moment this week. I decided as long as I am working out, and eating reasonably well, I am going to forget the bottom number I dropped to with my weight loss. It wasn’t sustainable. My body didn’t like it. I am at my goal weight, and the same size 6-8. I will not let the scale control me anymore.
Less is not better. Healthy is.
I am walking away from my eating disorder mentality from the past, and embracing fitness and health.
I feel better now that I said that out loud.
